Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers before you begin your fitness journey.

What equipment do I need to need?

Typically, we start with a physio ball and some light weights. This will evolve depending on your lifestyle and what works best for you.

Do I need to join a health club?

No not necessarily, this will depend on what your goals are, your schedule and lifestyle. Some people are content with working out at home some prefer joining a health club. We will address this as your program evolves.

I have joint issues, previous injuries and concerns about hurting myself. Is this program safe for me?

This is why I designed this program: for people who know they need to exercise, but whose previous methods are no longer feasible and who want to start a safe and effective routine. So yes, this program is specifically tailored to your needs and goals.

If I only want to try this out for one month, am I obligated to go longer?

No, after one month you will know if this is working for you. After one month you can stop the program and walk away.

My exercise program consists of mostly walking, why do I need to do more?

Walking is a basic movement we all perform in daily life. One of the reasons people experience issues with their hips, back, and calves is because walking is often the only form of movement they engage in. I will teach you how to strengthen the opposing muscle groups to balance out the overworked muscles and activate the underused, weaker ones. True strength lies in the small stabilizing muscles of the body.
